- 25 % cancellation up to 30 days before departure
- 40 % cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
- In case of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival 100% of the hotel price will be charged.

A deposit for a booking must be paid within 7 days and amounts to 40% of the booking. This can be secured under the attached bank addresses or by forwarding credit cards such as VISA or MASTERCARD to the hotel.

Acceptance of credit cards in the hotel / restaurant and for shopping: EC direct/CH, Maestro International, Mastercard, Visacard are accepted We do NOT accept DINERS and AMEXCO cards!
For Maestro cards, we recommend that you increase the limit at your bank in good time. If you do not wish to increase the limit of your EC card, it would be advisable to pay the bill in several instalments during your stay.

The rates are in CHF but can also be paid in euros. Discounts are available for guests with the guest card, children aged 8-17 and senior citizens aged 61 and over.
