    Lockdown - no cancellation fees are payable in the event of a lockdown initiated by the Swiss authorities to close the hotel.

    You are welcome to pay the total amount in cash at the reception on your arrival.
    You are also welcome to transfer the total amount shortly before your departure.

    Deposit upon booking

    To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25 per cent of the total booking amount must be paid within 7 days of making the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to one of the accounts listed below. Alternatively, the booking can be secured using a VISA or Mastercard credit card.

    Payment of the balance

    You are welcome to pay the remaining balance in cash at reception upon arrival. Alternatively, you may pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer shortly before your departure.

    We accept VISA and Mastercard. Please note that payments by Diners Club and American Express (AMEX) are not accepted. If paying by Maestro card, we recommend that you check your available card limit with your bank in good time and, if necessary, have it increased. 

    Alternatively, you may also settle your hotel bill in several instalments during your stay.
