Visitor's tax
Exclusive visitor's tax: Winter: CHF 4.- per person/day. From the age of 16.

Cancellation conditions
In case of late departure, early departure or non-arrival, 100% of the hotel price will be charged.
Lockdown - no cancellation fees are payable in the event of a lockdown initiated by the Swiss authorities to close the hotel.

Bank transfer Cash payment
You are welcome to pay the total amount in cash at the reception on your arrival.
You are also welcome to transfer the total amount shortly before your departure.

Deposit in CHF and €
A deposit for a booking must be paid within 7 days and amounts to 25% of the booking. For short term bookings the deposit is waived. Deposits are not refundable in case of cancellation. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. This can be secured under the attached bank addresses or by forwarding credit cards such as VISA or MASTERCARD to the hotel.
